MEMBERSHIP
DETAILS

MEMBERS

RECEIVING
YOUR
APPLICATION
FORM
AND
WE
WILL
WAIVE
YOUR
JOINING
FEE

OF
£50).
Membership
fees
are
paid
by
annual
subscription,
and
based
on
a
per
room
basis
(currently
£1.50
per
room
per
year).
The
minimum
subscription
is
£60
per
annum
and
the
maximum
£600
per
annum.
There
is
a
one-off
initial
joining
fee
of
£50
but
this
may
be
subject
to
a
waiver
(see
above).

700-bedroom
hotel
would
pay
£600
per
annum
(maximum
subscription)
plus
a
joining
fee
of
£50
(if
applicable)

A
12-bedroom
hotel
would
pay
£45
per
annum
(minimum
subscription)
plus
a
joining

applicable)

72-bedroom
hotel
would
pay
£108
per
annum
plus
a
joining
fee
of
£50
(if
applicable)
Currently
a
discount
of
10%
is
given
to
member
hotels
who
pay
within
30
days
of
receiving
their
annual
subscription
renewal
invoice.
On
joining
you
will
be
furnished
with
a
membership
certificate
suitable
for
display
within
the
hotel.

non-profit
making
association,

all
funds
are
used
for
the
administration
and
objectives
of
the
organization.
Any
surplus
funds
remaining
at
the
end
of
the
financial
year
(31
March)
are
transferred
to
the
next
fiscal
period.
Details
of
the
yearly
accounts
are
made
available
to
members
at
the
Annual
General
Meeting
and
are
displayed
in
the
member’s
area
of
the
website.
By
fully
utilizing
the
advice
and
facilities
of
Considerate
Hoteliers,
members
may
expect
to
recoup
or
indeed
profit
from
their
investment
in
the
association.
